Denver is excited about the possibility of hosting the 2008 Democratic National Convention. This website was created by citizens who could not wait to show their
support of Denver’s DNC bid and are ready to welcome Democrats from across the country. Please contact your Democratic representatives and express your support for holding the 2008 Democratic National Convention in Denver.
Why Denver? Well, there are many great answers to that question. Here are just a few: Denver is a vibrant, centrally located, city with the positive attitude and modern facilities for a successful Democratic National Convention. The political climate in Denver is ripe for the DNC. And, as if that wasn’t enough, Denver is located just East of one of our nation’s playgrounds — the Rocky Mountains! (you’ll want to plan an extra few days to enjoy it)
